Founding Member Offer Terms
These terms govern Selgeo’s Founding Member offer. They supplement the Selgeo Terms of Use; on the discount specifically, these terms govern, and all other matters (billing, termination, refunds, liability) remain governed by the Terms of Use. They are governed by Estonian law, in line with the Terms of Use.
1. What the offer is
The Founding Member offer gives you 60% off the standard subscription price of your Starter, Growth or Scale plan, for as long as your subscription stays continuously active (“for life, for as long as you subscribe”). It is a Selgeo special discount — not a Stripe promotion code. It is not available on Enterprise or other custom-priced plans.
2. Who can claim it
The Founding Member offer is limited to an early group of customers — approximately the first 50 EU SaaS teams to start a Selgeo account or free trial. Selgeo may extend, reduce or close the offer at its discretion; once it closes, standard pricing applies to new sign-ups. Starting your 14-day free trial while the offer is open secures your Founding Member rate. You keep it when you convert to a paid subscription on or before the end of your 14-day trial. No code is required; the discount is applied automatically to eligible accounts.
3. Your price is locked in euros
Your Founding Member price is fixed in euros at the amount shown for your plan and billing period when you subscribe — the net price, excluding any applicable taxes or VAT. If Selgeo’s standard prices later change (as permitted under the Terms of Use, clause 12), your Founding Member euro amount does not increase while your subscription stays continuously active. You always pay the lower of your locked-in Founding Member price or 60% off the then-current standard price, so a future standard-price cut is passed on to you.
4. Annual billing
The Founding Member discount combines with annual billing; the combined Founding Member annual price is shown at checkout. If you switch between monthly and annual billing, your Founding Member status carries over and your euro amount is re-fixed to the then-current Founding Member price for the new billing period.
5. Changing plans
You keep the Founding Member discount when you move between Starter, Growth and Scale — it applies to the price of your new plan. Moving to an Enterprise or custom-priced plan ends Founding Member pricing (Enterprise is quoted individually).
6. What keeps the discount — and what ends it
The discount lasts while your subscription is continuously active. A failed payment alone does not end it: consistent with the Terms of Use (clause 14.2), your subscription and the discount only end if a payment failure is not resolved within fourteen (14) days of our notice. A deliberate cancellation ends it (see clause 7).
7. Cancelling and coming back
If you cancel and resubscribe within 90 days, your Founding Member discount is restored at your previous rate. After 90 days, the offer is closed to you and standard pricing applies.
8. Not combinable with other offers
Unless a specific future offer states otherwise, the Founding Member discount cannot be combined with other special discounts or promotions. (It does combine with standard annual billing, per clause 4.)
9. One account, non-transferable
The Founding Member discount is tied to your merchant account / legal entity and cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another account or entity. This does not restrict any statutory right you have to assign claims.
10. Fair use
We may withdraw the Founding Member discount if these terms or the Terms of Use are breached, including fraud or abuse. If we do, we will give you notice and your price will revert to the standard rate from your next billing period.
11. We won’t change this against you
We will not change these Founding Member terms to your disadvantage while your subscription remains continuously active. As regards your Founding Member discount, these provisions prevail over clauses 12 and 15 of the Terms of Use.
